Crazy.

Monday holidays are strange to me. Who decided that Monday is a good day for a holiday? Wouldn’t the end of the work week be a better choice? I realize that going over to the in-law’s house, eating too much, playing “bags“, and watching the Cubs are hardly tough activities, but I’m exhausted. Maybe we should have a Monday holiday where the rule is that you can’t do anything but stay at home and relax. Wishing thinking, maybe?

Don’t get me wrong, I had a great day today. I’m just not sure the Monday thing works for me.

On an unrelated note, I realize I’ve been posted a ton of random pictures and videos the past several days. I’ve been crazy busy and haven’t had the time to sit down and write. But that should change a bit this week and I’ve got some things planned that will hopefully be meaningful to whoever it is that actually reads this.

I came across this music test today. It measures how well you can “hear shapes.” According the site, it’s a difficult test and “excellent musicians rarely score above 80% correct.”

I scored a 75%. How did you do?
