meetings

Meetings are usually boring. Talk, talk talk. No real solutions.

Tonight, however, I met with our youth leaders about our plans for Home Groups in the Fall. I really appreciate our team. They got together at the last minute (right after work) and spent 2 1/2 hours working through some difficult decisions. But in the end, we’ve come up with a plan for how to proceed. We got a lot accomplished.

I’m grateful for a group of people who love students and commit so much of their personal time to see those students connect to God.

I could use more meetings like this.

the meeting would have been half as long if I didn’t ask so many questions! :)
