I found this image online the other day. It’s funny, but I was suspicious of it because it seemed a bit too crazy.
I’m pretty sure it’s photoshopped for the following reasons:
- The pictures are framed exactly the same for each picture. The angle, zoom, focus, lighting, background images (cars) are the same for each shot.
- When you zoom in on the image, there’s a ton of artifacting and splotches around the text. You can see some clear painbrush and/or clone tool marks close up.
- The letters aren’t located inside of the boxes on the Beulah sign.
Recently, two churches down the street from Stone Church had a “sign war.” It started when the Catholic church put on their sign, “Want to be Catholic? Call our office.” Then the Protestant church (half a block away and across) decided to retaliate with “Want to be Christian? Call our office.”
Thanks guys. You make me believe that signs as ridiculous as the photoshopped one above could actually exist.
