I’m privileged to work with some of the greatest volunteer youth leaders around. We had a great meeting today wrestling with how to best minister to the students at crew. We have a wide mix of personalities, giftedness and perspective on our team. Though that doesn’t make for short meetings (lots of discussion), it does help us to be creative and thorough in our planning and understanding of our students.
They make the youth ministry what it is at Stone Church. Thanks guys, for all you do.
