Today marks 14 Valentine’s Days with Bethany. This morning she informed me that I was much more romantic back in the day. I just think she’s getting used to my amazingness.

Tonight we had a nice, candlelit dinner at Casa de Scottberg. Bethany (with Parker’s help) made Eggplant Parmesan and we were joined by two boys. Parker inhaled his plate of food while Kent rubbed his buttered bread all over his face.

This may not make on the list of “Most Romantic” Valentine Days, but I love spending time with Bethany and the boys. From the handmade cards to the scavenger hunt Bethany sent me on to find my gifts (Skittle, Dr. Pepper and Doritos) I wouldn’t trade the day for anything.

I’m so grateful for my wonderful wife. She’s my best friend and closest confidant….plus she’s hot and that helps, too.
