I came across this video in my Google Reader from morethandodgeball.com. It’s a great (and humorous) description of the life of a youth pastor. “I’ve seen it all.”

Amen….P. Erik, I have no idea how you do it day in day out….but I know that they appreciate you. You are amazing at what you do and I know that the youth benefit greatly from it!
